I am writing to praise two members of your company.

Mr Andrew Martin has worked extremely hard to secure a good outcome for my negligence claim. He has been very professional, amiable, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I cannot fault the service he provided.

During the case he was very ably assisted by Jenny; she was always available to answer any queries and has become a friend.
