Disbursements

Land Registration Fee: This is dependent upon the value of the property. To see fees applicable to the value of your property click here.

For a General and Specific POA (only to be used until capacity is lost) £250 + VAT
For the Lasting Power of Attorney Property and Finances£300 + VAT + registration fee of £92
For the Lasting Power of Attorney Health and Welfare£300 + VAT + registration fee of £92
For both Property and Finances & Health and Welfare being done at the same time£500 + VAT + registration fee of £184
For married couples wishing to have one Lasting Power of Attorney each£500 + VAT + registration fee of £184
For a married couple wishing to both have Lasting Powers of Attorney for both Property and Finances & Health and Welfare£800 + VAT + registration fees of £368
Registration of an Enduring Power of Attorney£300 + VAT + registration fee of £92

It is possible to have the registration fees halved if your income is less than £12,000 per annum. Evidence to support the same would be required. 

This includes visits elsewhere such as to a hospital or a care home. If local this would be charged at £50 + VAT per visit. We would be happy to quote for visits outside the local area upon request.
